My name is Dr. Sharleen M. Buel

I am a trained biologist with a PhD and a passion for scientific communication through visual design. My background in research and data analysis allows me to approach visualization from both a scientific and design perspective. I enjoy turning complex biological concepts and datasets into clear, engaging figures, graphical abstracts, and visual stories that make science more accessible.
